PacSat Antennas manufactures a range of 94 custom cables using 10 types of cable and 15 connector types to permit virtually any WLAN equipment to be connected to any antenna. Common connector/cable combinations are available ex-stock. Others are made to order as required.

We also carry a range of inter-series coaxial adaptors and gender changes to deal with unavoidable connector/interface mismatches.
Choice of cable is important. Lower loss cables are more costly and a price/performance compromise must be made. Cable losses of standard cable types are shown below:

There are several ways to minimize the effects of cable losses:
- Keep cable lengths to a minimum
- Use larger cable
- Use higher gain antenna
- Use a bi-directional amplifier with automatic gain control
